Not only are the cedar waxwings flighty as, well, birds, but JB “helped” me this morning. This is the third day they’ve been here and I suppose they’ll stay as long as the juniper berries last.

    I absolutely LOVE these birds. Their courtship ritual of one passing a berry to its mate is so endearing. Thanks for this great post!

        It is sweet and tender to see. I haven’t seen them indulging in fermeted berries, but have heard they get tipsy. Have you seen that happen?
